2. Services

BookPrimeNow offers personalized bookkeeping sessions and ongoing ledger support ('Services'). To schedule, clients must select available slots. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid charges.

Refunds for Services: Clients may request a full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds are provided once a session has commenced, due to resource allocation. Sessions may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if notice is given 24 hours prior.

3. Info Products

Info Products include downloadable guides, templates, and digital tutorials. Upon purchase, digital content is made available immediately. Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase and if the content remains unused or if there is a technical fault preventing access.

Refund process for Info Products: Approved requests will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days following approval.

4. Physical Goods

Physical Goods include printed manuals and bookkeeping kits. All items are inspected before shipping. Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Returns of Physical Goods must be in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless the item is defective. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days of receipt of returned goods.

5. Refunds and Rescheduling

To initiate any refund or rescheduling request, please complete our contact form. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider but generally occur within the timeframes noted above for each category.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain expedited or customized Services require significant preparation and staffing. Such Services are non-refundable once booked. This policy ensures the quality and commitment of our allocated resources.
